Emily represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters. She attended the University of Colorado Law School, where she represented indigent clients in domestic and dependency and neglect matters. While in law school, Emily clerked for the Honorable Diego Hunt and Honorable Laura Tighe. Emily also competed on the national moot court and national mock trial teams.
Following law school, Emily joined Fowler, Schimberg, Flanagan & McLetchie, as an associate attorney and has focused her practice on construction defect, professional liability, personal injury, premises liability and insurance defense matters. Emily strives to provide high quality representation to all her clients.
Before attending law school, Emily taught AP Biology and Anatomy and Physiology to high school seniors in Texas. Emily enjoys spending time outdoors, including birding, hiking and scuba diving.
