Timothy J. Flanagan
(April 16, 1950 – January 4, 2018)
Mr.Flanagan’s professional practice always emphasized complex commercial litigation and mainly included representation of corporate and individual landowner interests in the fields of water rights and eminent domain matters.
Mr. Flanagan attended Mullen High School and was a valedictorian at John F. Kennedy High School (1968), both in Denver. He went to college on a debate scholarship and received his undergraduate degree and law degree in five years.
Mr. Flanagan resided in and near Denver, Colorado for more than 60 years and was the proud father of three sons, who sometimes would hunt or fish with him.
