Jakob Bookspan was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. After graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in Materials Science and Engineering, he studied at the University of Colorado Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 2022.

Jakob joined Fowler | Schimberg | Flanagan | McLetchie, P.C. in 2023 after completing a clerkship with the Hon. Tamara S. Russell in the Jefferson County District Court. His practice focuses on insurance defense, insurance bad faith, construction defect matters, and governmental entity defense. 

In his spare time, Jakob enjoys going to concerts, finding new restaurants, and cheering for Philadelphia’s sports teams.
